A workshop designed to increase the understanding of the types of employment supports available inside and outside the NDIS and to help parents / participants / supporters, plan and prepare better to discuss employment support options during and after school into mature age.

The workshop will cover information on:

• NDIS Employment Support Funding –

• Social, Economic and Community Participation

• Finding and Keeping a Job

• School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES)

• Understanding the Specialised Job Customisation (Customised Employment) inc. Microenterprise

• The Disability Support Pension (DSP) and Employment
