We will be exploring:

Identifying parents & children’s needs.
Co-regulation & Play
What does this mean, how do we implement and support our children to have healthy emotional expression.
Healthy Attachment
Separation anxiety, authentic connection and what that may look like.
Common sleep questions and ideas to support more ease around sleep
Importance of tantrums
Healthy emotional release of tension, what does that look like and how do we as parents support this.
Everyday challenges
Bring your questions and real examples.
May be car/ pram refusal, hitting, bitting, social expectations, preparing for childcare or childminding.
Emotional regulation for parents
Identifying generational patterns, parent values, strengths and challenges.
Time for parents to meet some other needs
Connecting with other parents, opportunity to rest, have reassurance and celebrate how awesome you are!
This workshop has been created in two parts to make it more realistic for parents with young children to attend on their own.
We ask you to leave your baby or children with another caregiver for the morning. This will provide the space and ease for parents to deeply rest and take in the concepts.
Babes in arms are welcome.
Any children needing breastfeeding are welcome to pop in during the session as well.
