July 13 @ 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm
| No cost
Recommended for parents and carers of children with Autism aged 6 to 12 years.
Everyone has the right to belong and to make meaningful connections with those around them. Social relationships and friendships provide us with experience in managing our own emotions, responding to the feelings of others, collaborating, negotiating and problem-solving. Children with Autism often require support to develop the skills they need to make and keep friends. Join us as we look at how to build on your child’s strengths to help them navigate and benefit from the social dynamics of friendship.
In this webinar you will:
- Learn about social skills and how they relate to Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Explore ways that you can help your child make friends
