Anglicare WA
Provide aboriginal communities with support, disability services, financial assistance, mental health services, sexual abuse support services, counselling and separation services, family and domestic violence support, housing and homelessness support, parenting support and youth services.
APM Communities
APM has been selected to deliver National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Scheme in selected areas of Western Australia. The Local Area Coordinators (LACs) help people with a disability, NDIS, families & carers to identify and access the support they need. This includes helping them to realise their individual goals and aspirations by connecting them to the community & maintain services. LACs also work with these services & organisations to more inclusive of people with a disability.
Ark Support Coordination
Ark Support Coordination is an independent, individualised, family-focused service offering Support Coordination for NDIS participants. Several of Ark’s team have children with ASD, and their value of lived experience is a significant driving force of their practice. In August 2020, Ark expanded their service to the South West with offices in Bunbury and Margret River.
