APM has been selected to deliver National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Scheme in selected areas of Western Australia. The Local Area Coordinators (LACs) help people with a disability, NDIS, families & carers to identify and access the support they need. This includes helping them to realise their individual goals and aspirations by connecting them to the community & maintain services. LACs also work with these services & organisations to more inclusive of people with a disability.
Ark Support Coordination is an independent, individualised, family-focused service offering Support Coordination for NDIS participants. Several of Ark’s team have children with ASD, and their value of lived experience is a significant driving force of their practice. In August 2020, Ark expanded their service to the South West with offices in Bunbury and Margret River.Â
